We offer both one-time services and subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

B. Purchasing and Billing

All transactions are processed by third-party services such as Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate.

C. Termination

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. If canceled before renewal, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, materials, videos, and branding are the exclusive property of White Bus Media LLC, including assets created under The Digital Chef, The American StrEatz, and BusHub.io.

You may not reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit content (comments, uploads, testimonials), you grant us an irrevocable license to use, share, and publish it as part of our Services or marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
At our discretion, disputes may be resolved via binding arbitration in Chandler, AZ, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

17. Time Limit for Claims

Any claim arising out of this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year.

18. Miscellaneous

Waiver: No failure to enforce shall be deemed a waiver. Severability: If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent. Export: You agree to comply with U.S. export laws.
